WinJPEG

WinJPEG v2.84 is a shareware image viewer for MS Windows.

WinJPEG displays and exports images in GIF, JPEG, TIFF, TGA, PCX, Windows BMP, OS/2 BMP, MacPaint, Kodak Photo CD, Macintosh PICT, and PPM (pbmplus toolkit) format. Images can be displayed in monochrome, 16-color, 256-color, hicolor, or truecolor display modes, and with their full palettes.

You can use WinJPEG to perform a variety of image manipulations, including rotating, flipping, resizing, cropping, cutting and pasting (using Clipboard), color balancing, and hue, saturation, and brightness adjustment. You can print an image with scaling or with best proportional fit on the page. You can develop slide shows by displaying selected files sequentlly with a cycle option.

WinJPEG is in the directory /software/pc/mswin31/winjpeg on the CD-ROM. WinJPEG is from Norman Yee and Ken Yee.
