xv (X Viewer)

xv v3.10a is a shareware image manipulation tool for UNIX.

xv performs such image manipulation functions as cropping, scaling, rotating, magnifying, editing color maps, and gamma correction. Supported formats include GIF (87a and 89a), JPEG, TIFF, PDS, VICAR2, Sun raster, various X formats, and those used by the pbmplus and FBM software.

xv (X Viewer) is in the directory /software/unix/xv on the CD-ROM. xv (X Viewer) is from John Bradley.
